After 28 years of working overseas and being surrounded by many different cultures and languages, I am perceptive to body language, sensitive to the power of words and how they define the way we perceive our world.  

 

What is in words? I am dedicated to listening, receptive to your emotions, feelings and perceptions, let the words speak for you.

 

We respect total confidentiality and the normal common code of ethics for Counselling & Psychology. Together, let’s free your words and create other perspectives.I obtained my Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychology graduating with Honours from the International Career Institute in New Zealand, and from the College of Allied Educators in Singapore.  I am also a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner from Evolution-U in Hong Kong. I have submitted my research at Leeds Beckett University in United Kingdom, enrolled in a Master program, focussing on psychology of expatriation and the use of mother tongue versus second langage. 

 

My varied educational and personal experiences of distinct cultures have led me to be very open- minded and adaptable to different situations. Moreover, my experience in rehabilitation centres counselling users in recovery from addiction, and taking part in different group meetings several times a week rooted my practice in human connection, observation and analytical abilities. I offer an active listening and a non-judgemental space to express, step back, let go, release, discover different outlooks and emotional awareness.In order to improve the quality of my service, I attend a weekly session with a supervisor which is standard practice and follow seminars regularly.
